Class descriptions

Pilates Mat - a movement re-education designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weightbearing. All require focus and concentration. Every 55-minute long class is in a small, personalized setting allowing us to meet each client's personal needs. Classes are suitable for students of all abilities and levels.

Tough Bones - A Physical Therapy Approach to Management of Osteoporosis 

This 5-week education and exercise seminar series that focuses on how to manage life with a diagnosis of osteoporosis and/or osteopenia.  Join us for a twice weekly, 55-minute sessions in which you will practice safe movement through exercise and learn about z-scores, t-scores, and anatomy through an education program.
